Ingredients of the highest quality
Aquarelle has developed a partnership with an artisan chocolatier, heir to a long line of family expertise, founded 140 years ago.All the chocolates offered on our site are composed using ingredients of impeccable origin, whose taste and quality are controlled with each new arrival.Our chocolates are made with pure cocoa butter produced from rigorously selected beans.
Traditional production methods
The coating for our chocolates is prepared is exclusively by our trusted partner and master chocolatier, in perfectly controlled conditions of hygiene and freshness. For twenty-four hours, butter and cocoa liquor are patiently stirred using equipment inspired by traditional chocolate making tools, and then combined with sugar and milk powder.
